About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to everyone who visits or uses virtomat.com (the website) and the games on it. The website is run under the name Virto Mat (we, us, our). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Free-to-play entertainment only
Virto Mat is a free-to-play social games website. All games are for entertainment only.
- There is no real-money gambling on this website.
- You never need to pay to play, and we do not sell coins or anything else.
- Virtual coins, experience points (XP) and levels have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value.
- Success in our games does not mean you would have success at real-money gambling.
Who can use Virto Mat
You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom to use the website. We ask you to confirm your age when you first visit and again when you create an account. If we believe someone under 18 is using an account, we will close it.
Your account
You can play every game without an account. An account lets you keep a coin balance, earn XP, climb levels and see your recently played games.
- You may hold one account only. Use accurate details and keep your password private.
- You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Coins, XP and levels
New accounts receive a welcome balance of 50,000 free coins. Signed-in players can collect a free daily bonus once every 24 hours and earn XP by opening games. Levels are worked out from XP.
We may change coin amounts, bonuses, XP rules and levels at any time, for example to fix a mistake or keep things fair. Coin balances and levels are not property and are lost when an account is deleted or closed.
Fair use
Please do not:
- use bots, scripts or any automated means to play or collect bonuses;
- try to get into parts of the website or server that are not meant for you;
- create several accounts or share an account;
- use offensive usernames or impersonate anyone;
- copy, frame or resell our games or content.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Our games
All games on Virto Mat are our own games, hosted on our own server. We work to keep them running smoothly but cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. Game results are produced by the game software and are for fun only.
Content and trade marks
The website, its games, artwork, text and the Virto Mat name belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial play only.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the website free of charge and as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. As the website is free and has no prizes, we are not responsible for any indirect loss, or for loss of virtual coins, XP or levels.
Changes and ending these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. We may suspend or close the website, or an account, at any time. You can stop using the website and delete your account whenever you like.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
